Default text that auto-fills on every new estimate. The estimator pre-populates
the Notes block with this intro (followed by auto-generated materials and WSFU
lines) and the Disclaimer field with this footer text. You can still edit either
per-estimate; this just changes what new estimates start with.
Appears at the top of the Notes block on every new estimate.

Grant someone outside Preferred temporary access to the whole toolkit with a
shareable link — no sign-in required for them. Set an expiration and, optionally,
make it read-only (they can view and generate but not save). Revoke any time;
it takes effect within a minute.
